Disclaimers:
Management cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any cause to property or personal articles left unattended on the premises.
No Acrylic & Polygel treatments for persons under the age of 16 years.
Nail Enhancement Treatments:
- If you experience any peeling, chipping or lifting, we will gladly make the corrections necessary free of charge to ensure your happiness within 4 days for Gel applications and 7 days for Acrylic, Soft Gel Tips and PolyGel sets of your original services.

Acrylic and other artificial nail enhancements should not be worn longer than 6 weeks. A fill is due after a maximum of 16 days and BOA will only do 1 Fill! Please keep track of your fills and soak your nails off regularly. This is the only way to make sure your nails stay healthy!
- We do not provide Fills for Acrylic, Soft Gel Tips & PolyGel sets that were originally done by another Salon, only to set that were done at any of our BOA Beauty Branches.
- Please reach out to our customer support team on WhatsApp via +27818780918. Please provide with a detailed explanation of your experience and attach pictures of any issues you incurred with treatments.
No refund is given before opportunity of corrections have not made.
Notice for Nail Polish Treatment Clients:
- Fresh nail polish takes approximately 24 hours to fully harden. Please note that we do not offer free fixes if the polish is damaged after application.
- To ensure the best results, avoid any activities that could damage or disrupt the varnish during the drying period.
- If you are getting a polish applied to your toes, please wear open-toed shoes to prevent smudging.
Cancellation Policy for Group Booking Deposits:
Cancellations for your booking:
- For all Group Bookings of 3 or more, we require a 50% deposit.
- You can cancel your bookings and receive a voucher to the value of your deposit. No refund will be given
- Unfortunately, no refunds or vouchers will be provided for cancellations made on the day of your booking.
Salon Group Booking Policy for Kids:
1. Group Booking Option:
A. Our salon offers a special group booking option exclusively for kids.
B. The group booking includes access to the entire salon for a specific period of time, which allows for a private and enjoyable experience for your kids.
2. Pricing:
A. The base price for a group booking is R3000 per hour for up to 10 kids.
B. For each additional kid, an extra charge of R200 per hour will be applied.
C. All prices are inclusive of taxes.
D. Please note that this pricing is applicable only for kids' treatments and does not include any services for adults.
3. Prepayment:
A. Full payment for the group booking is required upfront at the time of reservation.
B. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.
C. Please ensure that the payment is made in advance to secure your booking.
4. Duration:
A. The minimum duration for a group booking is one hour.
B. You can extend the booking beyond one hour in increments of 30 minutes, at the cost of R1500 for every 30 minutes extended.
C. Please let us know the desired duration at the time of booking. The package is only bookable at 9:45 am from Monday to Friday or at 9:15 am on Saturday and Sundays.
5. Treatments and Services:
A. The group booking includes a range of treatments and services specifically designed for kids.
B. Our professional staff will offer age-appropriate treatments and cater to the specific needs and preferences of each child.
C. Please inform us in advance if any child has special requirements or allergies, so we can make necessary arrangements.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
A. Cancellation or rescheduling of a group booking should be done at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment and is only refundable in form of a gift voucher.
B. In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
7. Salon Privatisation:
A. By booking the entire salon for the group, you ensure a private and exclusive experience for your kids.
B. The salon will be unavailable for other customers during your reserved time.
8. Code of Conduct:
A. We kindly request that all kids and accompanying adults maintain a respectful and well-behaved attitude during their visit.
B. Any damage caused to the salon's property or equipment due to negligence will be the responsibility of the booking party.
9. Safety and Security:
A. Our salon takes the safety and security of our guests seriously.
B. An adult should be present throughout the duration of the group booking to supervise the children and ensure their well-being.
C. We have implemented safety measures and guidelines to provide a secure environment for everyone.
10. Amendments to the Policy:
A. We reserve the right to modify or update the group booking policy at any time.
B. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
